Kauno Simono Daukanto Progimnazija (KSDP) is a municipal school in Lithuania providing primary and lower secondary education for students in grades 1–8. Founded in 1967, the school currently serves approximately 700 pupils, supported by around 70 teachers across 30 classes. KSDP places a strong emphasis on inclusive education, innovation, student development, values, cooperation, and active citizenship. Its educational approach promotes STEAM and inquiry-based learning, alongside problem-based and research-based teaching methods that foster critical thinking, collaboration, and independent learning. The school has been recognised as a Digital School and Mentorship Leader and a Sustainable School, and is an active PASCH school within the Goethe-Institut network. Through its participation in Erasmus+ projects, KSDP also maintains strong international engagement and experience in European educational cooperation.

Within DC4Democracy, Kauno Simono Daukanto Progimnazija (KSDP) will contribute its practical experience in innovative, inclusive, and digitally supported education to support the effective implementation and validation of project activities.

Key Activities
1. Project Implementation: Contributing to the implementation of DC4Democracy activities within the school environment.
2. Testing & Validation: Supporting the testing and validation of project results in authentic educational settings, providing feedback from teachers and students.
3. Reporting: Contributing to project monitoring and reporting by sharing implementation experiences, feedback, and lessons learned.
4. Dissemination: Supporting the dissemination of project outcomes through the school’s educational and international networks, including its experience with Erasmus+ and PASCH activities.
